Our karts are designed to accommodate a broad range of people. The seat and pedals can be moved backwards and forwards, independently. Patrons should be between 143cm to 200cm in height to be within the specification of our karts and their safety equipment.

This is subject to the patron being able to fit into the kart safely and be able to drive in accordance to Auscarts Safety Rules and Regulations. If you are unsure, our staff can do a test fitting prior to your session. Our staff may also request a test fitting.

Our karts can hold patrons weighing up to 145kg. There is no lower weight limit, however there must not be any space between the driver, the sides of the seat and the harness. We have karts with 2 different seat sizes. For smaller builds we have foam seat inserts. Please note this will be subject to correct and Safe Fitment into the Karts.

Yes. For single group packages (Melbourne GP, Super Sprint or Club Race) there is a 6 driver minimum (Monday to Friday) and an 8 driver minimum (Saturday to Sunday).

For two group Formats (The Event, Mini Sprint Plus or Club Race 2 Group) there is a 15 driver minimum.

For three group formats (Extended Mini Sprint Plus, The Event Plus) there is a 29 driver minimum.

Of course you can, but you must pay for the minimum. The same applies if drivers don’t turn up on the day. The session minimum must be covered.

Yes. As we are a busy go-kart centre, it is recommended booking as early in advance as you can. It is

best to call up during business hours, so your event coordinator can take the time to organize your event just the way you want it. Q: Do I need to book casual racing? Depends on group size. For groups with 8 or more drivers, it is best to book in advance. If you have less than 8, ring us on the morning of the day you want to go racing and we should be able to find you a time. With all Auscarts formats you receive exclusive use of the track.

We can run up to 14 drivers in a race form and 12 drivers for casual racing on our track at once. Our race packages are based around this number and will define how many groups of drivers are required for your session.

Race results will be emailed to you . Please make sure the email box is ticked upon signing the indemnity form during registration. 

No. Please note that Auscarts does not allow external food and beverage to be brought into the venue, due to our food and liquor licensing and potential allergens. Catering must be organised prior to your booking date (minimum 4 business days’ notice), with an Auscarts event organiser.

You can bring in a cake , please notify your event organiser.

Yes. All drivers are required to be 0.00 BAC (blood alcohol content) to race. All drivers over the age of 18 will be breathalysed on arrival to your event; and will be provided with a wristband once you blow 0.00.

Once participants have completed their race, patrons will be allowed to have alcohol, and a staff member will remove wristbands.

Please note that if drivers are intoxicated on the race day, NO REFUNDS will be given and the minimum number drivers will be charged.

As weekends are the busiest time of the week, we do not recommend walk-ins, as we cannot guarantee availability.

All drivers must be at Auscarts at least 30 minutes prior to their race start time for registration, breathalysing, group assessment, and their briefing before the race.

- Failure to arrive on time may result in a reduction of karting time / or missed race session

- If drivers are later than 10 minutes to the arrival time, Auscarts reserves the right to cancel your booking, and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another date.

No. Auscarts does not have tandem karts. Our fleet is made up of adult racing karts only.

Yes. All drivers aged between 13-17 years of age, must have a signed & completed minor indemnity form by their legal parent or guardian. This can either be emailed to us, or brought with you on the day.

Note: If your teen is attending a birthday party/event where you (parent/guardian) will not be in attendance - the parent/guardian on site for the group cannot sign the minor indemnity form on your behalf.

Teens must be accompanied by a guardian for the duration of their visit to Auscarts. Minors under the age of 13 can enter the venue however, they are not allowed to drive as they are not covered under Auscarts Public Liability.

Medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, head, back or neck injuries, we recommend you DO NOT go kart. You are required to have medical consent from your doctor to partake in this activity.

Historically these medical conditions/injuries can be aggravated further and increases risk of increased injury.

Please bring any concerns regarding any medical conditions or prior injuries to Auscarts staff that they should be aware of.

We may decline your go kart ride for OH&S reasons.

No. Phone/email bookings will result in you receiving an event quote and contract, which requires your signed terms and a 50% deposit within 5 business working days of placing your reservation.

- If you are booking is within the next 10 days, your deposit is due immediately.

- Final payment is due upon arrival to your event. Your race will not commence until payment in full has been made.

- Due to the extreme popularity of the venue, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and accept other bookings if the deposit has not been paid by the deposit due date.

- Online bookings require payment in full to confirm your reservation.

All cancellations must be notified in writing at least 28 business working days before the race date. Failure to do so will result in no refund being provided. If you pay your deposit and do not show up on race day Auscarts reserves the right to charge you the full remainder of the balance owing.

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:

Participants identified by staff as potential hazards to themselves or others on the track. Participants engaging in or instigating any misconduct, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests on the premises. Alteration of preference or dissatisfaction with the experience. Late arrival or non-attendance for the booking session. Failure to participate without sufficient notice.

All bookings purchased online are non-refundable. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions and understand this policy when booking online.
