Platter to include one of the following per guest:
Virginia ham, kabana or cabanossi, semi dried tomatoes,
Australian cheddar cheese an assortment of twiggy sticks and
Savoy biscuits accompanied by French onion dip
Simply Continental Platter
Platter to include one of the following per guest:
Thinly sliced mild salami, semi dried tomatoes, colossal
kalamata olives, stuffed green olives, roasted button
mushrooms, super mammoth black olives and mild twiggy sticks
Cost: $9.00 per person
Mediterranean assortment platter
Platter to include one of the following per guest:
An array of pastrami, thinly sliced mild salami, semi dried
tomatoes, balsamic colossal kalamata olives, stuffed vine leaves,
Australian full cream fetta, roasted button mushrooms and
roasted artichoke hearts.
