Web Browser Issues

This site uses Flash and Javascript. If you are having problems with the site check the following:

1. You need the Flash Player plugin for your web browser. Get it from Macromedia ...
   
2. You should use a web browser such as Firefox version 1.0 and above, or Microsoft Internet Explorere version 6 and above.
   
3. If using Internet Explorer and Windows XP SP2, you may need to change your "Information Bar" settings:

To stop Internet Explorer blocking file and software downloads with the Information Bar

1. Open Internet Explorer
   
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options
   
3. On the Security tab, click Custom Level
   
4. Do one or both of the following:
   
   • To turn off the Information Bar for file downloads, in the Downloads section of the list, under Automatic prompting for file downloads, click Enable
     
   • To turn off the Information Bar for ActiveX controls, in the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section of the list, under Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls, click Enable
