TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINIMUM NUMBERS

• All packages are based on minimum of 20 people
• A surcharge of $2.75 per person applies for numbers less than 20.

CHANGE OF NUMBERS

• Increases will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the function.
• Decreases will be accepted up to 4 working days prior to the function or
full charge will be applied.

WEEKEND FUNCTIONS.

• Prices quoted are for functions held during the week. Some options may attract a surcharge if
the function is held on a weekend or public holiday. For full pricing details please consult an Auscarts staff member.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation will be accepted up to 4 working days prior to the function or full charge will be applied.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

• We make every effort to cater to the needs of our customers, whether it is gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal or lactose intolerance, we are able to supply meals to accommodate these requirements. In most cases there is no extra charge but this will depend on the requirement and will be determined at the time of ordering.

• Please note that we are unable to prepare Kosher meals but we have an excellent Kosher caterer that can provide a wide variety of delicious foods. Prices are on application.
